About this course

The SIR30216 – Certificate III in Retail is recommended for individuals who have
the primary responsibility of engaging the customer, maintaining daily store operations and delivering on organisational expectations.
It provides the skills & knowledge to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.

Course Structure

The structure of this course is as follows:

Training delivery

This course is predominantly classroom based. Training is delivered through our Registered Training Organisation: Industry Skills Training RTO ID 40486.

Students are provided with the following:

  • Required course materials such as work books
  • Access to computers and software duringclass (where required)
  • Your student training plan
  • A dedicated and qualified trainer
  • Targeted assessment tools

Upon completion

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a:

  • Nationally recognised Certificate & Transcript
    OR
  • Statement of Attainment (if student is found competent in at least 1 Unit of Competency)

There are no academic entry requirements for this qualification. Students are required to provide their Unique Student Identifier (USI) which we can assist with, photo identification and meet the language, literacy and numeracy requirements.
