About this course

This course is designed to help frontline team members grow and expand their skills in the retail space. Students will learn about the various aspects of retail and sales environments, including using business technology, developing their communication skills, visual merchandising and receiving and handling retail stock.

The structure of this course is as follows:

Training delivery

This course is predominantly classroom based. Training is delivered through our Registered Training Organisation: Industry Skills Training RTO ID 40486.

Students are provided with the following:

  • Your student training plan
  • A dedicated and qualified trainer
  • Targeted assessment tools

Upon completion

Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a:

  • Nationally recognised Certificate & Transcript
  • Statement of Attainment (if student is found competent in at least 1 Unit of Competency)

Recommended course structure

After successfully completing this nationally accredited qualification, you will be competent in the skills required to work as a:

Entry Requirements

There are no academic entry requirements for this qualification. Students are required to provide their Unique Student Identifier (USI) which we can assist with, photo identification and meet the language, literacy and numeracy requirements.
